Terms and Conditions – Shoot Like a Pro Africa

1. Introduction

Welcome to Shoot Like a Pro Africa (“SLAP Africa”). By participating in our training program, workshops, competitions, or using our website (www.slapafrica.com.ng), you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from registering or using our services.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).
Open to all African nationals who meet the program’s application requirements.
Must complete the official registration form and provide valid identification upon request.

3. Program Participation

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions and actively engage in assigned projects.
The program provides free training, but participants must adhere to all rules, including respect for instructors, peers, and equipment.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will result in immediate dismissal from the program.
Participants must complete all assigned tasks to remain in the competition (if applicable).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, films, and projects produced during the program are jointly owned by the participant and SLAP Africa.
SLAP Africa retains the right to use participants’ work for marketing, promotions, and case studies with proper credit given to the creators.
Participants may showcase their work in their personal portfolios but must acknowledge SLAP Africa where applicable.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants must adhere to ethical filmmaking standards and respect copyright laws.
Any form of plagiarism, cheating, or unauthorized use of copyrighted material will result in immediate disqualification.
Participants are responsible for maintaining a safe and professional working environment.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

SLAP Africa is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to equipment during the program.
Participants assume full responsibility for their personal belongings and conduct during training and production activities.
The organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the program at its sole discretion.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

By registering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information strictly for program administration purposes.
